NATIONWIDE PREMIUM SALES PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

Dear Valued Client

In our continuing efforts to provide you with the best possible service, we have developed a simplified product Return Authorization (R.A.) policy.

We take pride in the quality of all our products and services. Should the need ever arise to return product, we ask you to note the following …

1)    All product returns must have prior approval.

2)    Product returned without prior approval will be refused and returned, courier collect.

3)    The assigned RA number MUST BE CLEARLY marked on a separate label, then affixed to the outside of the shipping carton and returned to Nationwide prepaid.

WARRANTY REPAIR AND RETURN

1)    Product found to be defective within the first 10 days of receipt will be issued an RA number so that it can be returned prepaid to Nationwide for evaluation.

2)    Product found to be defective after the first 10 days of purchase will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please note your proof of purchase may be required by an authorized service centre to perform repairs.

Following our  “R.A.” policy will allow us to efficiently process your product return.
